After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Film and Television program, she moved back to Los Angeles and began working in film and television development. Her first film, REFUGEE IS NOT MY NAME is currently in the festival circuit where it has won several awards including, Best Documentary Short for Global Justice at the Hollywood Women’s International Film Festival, as well as Best Documentary Short at Indie Short Fest. The film premiered at the Women’s International Film Festival in New York City in June 2019. She is editing a short narrative film titled, A MILLION LITTLE THINGS, and in post-production on a television / new media series, CLAIRE-ITY. She is also currently working on various branded content projects. Rose is constantly inspired by color, light and surrealism, especially of that found organically in nature.
